The Northern Technical University Organizes a Training Course to Enhance Women’s Physical Fitness.

Under the guidance of the President of Northern Technical University, *Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and with the direct supervision of the Assistant President for Administrative and Financial Affairs, **Prof. Dr. Thanon Younis Thanon, the Student Activities Department organized a **one-month training course* aimed at developing women’s physical fitness. The course consists of *two training sessions per week* and is supervised by *Instructor Zahraa Riyadh Abdulrahman*.

More than *70 participants* took part in the course, which aims to *enhance physical fitness, promote optimism, develop skills, and improve overall well-being through structured exercise sessions*.
