The Northern Technical University Holds a Memorial Stand for the Martyrs of Southern Mosul and the Yazidis.

Under the direction and presence of Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of the Northern Technical University, the university organized a memorial stand today to honor the souls of the martyrs of Southern Mosul and the Yazidi community—a tribute to their sacrifices and a condemnation of the crimes committed against them.

A large number of faculty members, staff, and students participated in the event, which included a moment of silence and the recitation of Al-Fatiha for the souls of the martyrs. The university administration emphasized the importance of promoting peace, peaceful coexistence, and rejecting violence.

In an official statement, the university reaffirmed its commitment to its humanitarian and social role, stressing the need to raise awareness about the importance of tolerance and the protection of human rights.
