The session was chaired by Dr. Aliaa Abbas Ali Al-Atar, the President of NTU, and attended by Dr. Omar Rafe Mahmood, vice president of Scientific Affairs, and Dr. Danoon Younis Danoon, Vice President for Administrative Affairs, as well as the deans of the university’s colleges and institutes, physically present at the Nineveh site and virtually representing the Kirkuk and Salahaddin formations.

Her Excellency opened the session by welcoming everyone, and during the meeting, several matters were discussed, including:
