Today, the President of the Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, chaired the fifth open session of the University Council in the Kirkuk Technical Institute Council Hall in the presence of all Council members. The president began the session by welcoming everyone, and then several matters were discussed, including:
– Orders of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research
– Orders of the President of the Northern Technical University
– Creating a number of scientific departments in the university’s colleges and institutes
