The loss of the President of the Northern Technical University is part of the reconstruction phases of the Mosul Technical College Deanship Building.

Unfortunately, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of the Northern Technical University, visited the early morning hours of the reconstruction phases of the Technical College Deanship Building, with disagreements over the progress of the fieldwork.
During her visit, the President of the University listened to a detailed explanation from the University President about the ongoing work, including adherence to technical specifications and approved academic standards, in addition to completing the project within the specified timeframe.
Her Excellency praised her efforts in contributing to the implementation of the project, and her contribution to the reconstruction of the building will contribute to providing a modern and innovative educational environment and academic development at the college.
These contributions have contributed to the University President’s continuous involvement in monitoring construction projects and the martyrs within the university’s formations, including the resulting quality of infrastructure and the demand for modern technical education.
