The Final Day of the Certified Trainer Preparation in Soft Skills Development Program.

In the final day of the program, organized as part of the NTU ongoing efforts to enhance human capacities and develop participants’ professional training competencies. It is featured as practical and applied training sessions focusing on the development of essential soft skills, particularly effective communication, leadership, and teamwork. In addition to modern training methodologies and practical performance evaluation. These sessions aimed to prepare certified trainers capable of transferring knowledge and expertise with high efficiency and professionalism.

This program reflects the Northern Technical University’s firm commitment to the supporting continuous professional development and enhancing the quality of training programs in line with labor market requirements, thereby serving both educational and training processes. At the conclusion of the program certificates of appreciation were awarded to the trainers, as well as to the Director of the Continuing Education Center, in recognition of their dedicated efforts in organizing and delivering the workshop.
