The Director of Citizenship, Passports, and Residency for the Nineveh Branch honored Dr. Alyaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, the President of Northern Technical University, in recognition of her significant role and active contribution to the success of the major campaign for issuing the unified national card for the people of Nineveh Governorate, which was hosted by Northern Technical University.

This honor comes as an appreciation of the President’s efforts in utilizing the university’s human and logistical resources and creating an appropriate environment for the work of the teams from the Directorate of Citizenship, Passports, and Residency, which facilitated procedures and provided the best services to citizens, reflecting the community and national role of the university.

For her part, the President affirmed that Northern Technical University will continue to support national and service initiatives and enhance cooperation with state institutions, to serve the people of Nineveh Governorate and the beloved Iraq.
