The Dean Participates in a Workshop on Preparing Certified Trainers in Soft Skills Development

As part of the commitment of the Deanship of the Technical Agricultural College – Mosul to supporting professional development programs and enhancing academic and institutional efficiency, the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Shihab Ahmed Al-Bajary, participated in the training program entitled “Workshop on Preparing a Certified Trainer in Soft Skills Development”, organized by the Northern Technical University, with the participation of a distinguished group of academic and training leaders.

This participation reflects the Deanship’s keen interest in promoting a culture of continuous training and keeping pace with institutional development requirements, particularly in the field of soft skills, which are considered a fundamental pillar in building leadership capabilities, developing administrative competencies, improving communication and teamwork skills, and enhancing decision-making and time management. All of these aspects contribute significantly to improving the quality of academic and educational performance.

The workshop included a set of advanced theoretical and practical sessions focusing on the fundamentals of preparing certified trainers, methods for designing and delivering effective training programs, and modern approaches to knowledge transfer, capacity building, and the development of behavioral and professional skills. These themes align with the requirements of modern education and the evolving needs of the labor market.

The participation of the Dean in this workshop underscores the Technical Agricultural College’s dedication to qualifying academic and administrative staff capable of leading positive change and contributing to the achievement of sustainable development goals, in line with the Northern Technical University’s vision of promoting quality assurance and continuous improvement within higher education institutions.
