The Council of the Technical Agricultural College held its seventh meeting for the academic year 2025–2026 (morning and evening studies), chaired by the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Shihab Ahmed Al-Bajary, and attended by the council members.
During the meeting, several items listed on the agenda were discussed. The council reviewed the directives of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, as well as the instructions of the President of the Northern Technical University issued during the latest University Council meeting, emphasizing the importance of adhering to these directives to enhance academic and administrative performance.
The council also discussed the ongoing preparations for the final examinations of the autumn semester, stressing the need to provide an appropriate examination environment and ensure smooth and transparent examination procedures.
In addition, the council encouraged faculty members and researchers to publish their scientific research, particularly in reputable journals indexed in Scopus, in order to support scientific research activities and enhance the university’s academic standing.
Furthermore, the meeting addressed the automation file and the development of administrative work, in line with modern trends toward digital transformation, as well as a number of administrative and financial issues related to the overall functioning of the college.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Dean emphasized the importance of joint efforts and teamwork to advance the college academically and administratively, in a manner that serves students and strengthens the position of the college within the Northern Technical University.
