The Council of the Engineering Technical College / Mosul held its eighth session for the academic year 2025–2026 at Al-Nimrod Technical Institute.

The session was chaired by Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, Dean of the College, and attended by the esteemed members of the Council, to discuss a number of academic and administrative matters listed on the agenda.

The meeting commenced with a review of the directives of Northern Technical University and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, emphasizing adherence to the academic calendar and applicable regulations, in addition to following up on the progress of the teaching and examination processes within the scientific departments.

The Council also discussed issues related to curriculum development, scientific research plans, and student affairs, as well as reviewing a number of individual cases and taking appropriate decisions in accordance with the approved rules and regulations.

At the conclusion of the session, the Dean stressed the importance of concerted efforts and teamwork in a manner that enhances academic integrity and advances the academic level, in alignment with the vision and objectives of Northern Technical University in serving the educational mission.
