The Commander of Nineveh Operations Visits the Northern Technical University.

In the context of strengthening institutional partnerships and consolidating the foundations of security and stability, the President of the Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, received the Commander of Nineveh Operations, Major General Abdullah Ramadan Al-Jubouri, at the university’s headquarters, in the presence of several officials.

The meeting included extensive discussions on prospects for joint cooperation between the two sides, aiming to enhance the sustainability of a safe educational environment within the university campus, support scientific and research activities, and unify efforts to serve the community and solidify a culture of community security.

The University President affirmed that the Northern Technical University is committed to fulfilling its scientific and humanitarian mission, relying on a stable and secure environment, and commended the heroic role played by the security forces in protecting educational institutions and safeguarding the nation’s achievements. For his part, the Nineveh Operations Commander expressed his pride in the university’s leading role, emphasizing that supporting academic institutions is a cornerstone for building a stable future. He reiterated the Operations Command’s commitment to providing the highest levels of protection and ongoing cooperation with the university.

The visit also included a tour of several university facilities, during which the Operations Commander was briefed on key rehabilitation and development projects. He commended the efforts made to improve the educational environment and infrastructure.
