The Central Higher Education Fund Management Committee held its regular meeting

presided over by Dr. Aliya Abbas Al-Attar, the president of North Technical University. In attendance were the Assistant to the President for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Zanun Yunis Zanun
; as well as other dignitaries including an assistant director of the Department of Administration and Finance, a director of the Legal Affairs department, and a director of the Construction and Projects department. During the meeting, various financial matters pertaining to university colleges and their affiliations were discussed, with particular emphasis on addressing factors that hinder progress in administrative and financial affairs at the university.
