To activate the joint scientific cooperation agreement concluded previously between our university and the University of Nineveh and in the presence of the President of the University of Nineveh and the Assistant President of the University of Mosul for Administrative Affairs, the Assistant President of the University of Mosul for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of the Northern Technical University, to promote the opening and consolidation of academic relations and knowledge exchange between the two universities.
