Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and under the supervision of the Dean of the Administrative Technical College, Assistant Professor Dr. Samir Taha Yasseen, the Department of Business Administration Techniques organized through the Google meet platform a workshop entitled Green Innovation, which was given by the teacher Wejdan Hassan Hammoodi.

The workshop was attended by a number of faculty members and teachers.

The workshop aimed to:

• Recognize green innovation as a new approach to for-profit and non-profit organizations and institutions to contribute to addressing environmental issues.
• The workshop dealt with:- The concept of green innovation what distinguishes it from traditional innovation and what are its components, sources, importance, characteristics, and factors that affect it.
• The workshop recommended the necessity of adopting techniques and methods and taking measures to find solutions towards economic growth without or with minimal environmental damage with the goal of achieving sustainable development.
