The President of Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, announced great academic news for the university’s cadres: the approval of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research to establish a doctoral program in Electrical Engineering Technology at the Electrical Engineering Technology Department of the Technical College of Engineering in Mosul.
