The Northern Technical University received the field follow-up committee for the “Sustainable University” competition.

As part of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s and the Ministry of Environment’s commitment to promoting environmental sustainability concepts on campus, our university today welcomed the field follow-up committee for the “Sustainable University” competition to review the real-life projects submitted by the university as part of the competition’s participation form.
This visit aims to confirm the credibility of environmental and development projects that contribute to achieving sustainable development goals and enhancing the green university environment. The committee conducted a comprehensive tour of several sites and initiatives that have been implemented on the ground, representing an aspect of the university’s commitment to environmental and sustainability standards.
The joint committee is chaired by the Director of the Entrepreneurial Project Management Department in the Research and Development Department at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and includes representatives from the Ministry of Environment. Committee members commended the qualitative achievements and initiatives achieved, which reflect the university’s seriousness and positive engagement with the competition requirements.
