Strengthening Academic Partnership Between Iraq and the Sultanate of Oman: the President of Northern Technical University Meets Omani Minister of Higher Education.

In the context of enhancing the strategic partnership between higher education institutions in Iraq, Dr. Alyaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, the President of Northern Technical University, met with Dr. Rahma Ibrahim Al-Mahrouqi, the Minister of Higher Education, Research, and Innovation in the Sultanate of Oman, in a high-level meeting. During the meeting, they discussed prospects for academic and scientific cooperation and developmental initiatives aimed at improving the quality of technical education and scientific research.

The President emphasized Northern Technical University’s commitment to realizing the Ministry’s vision for developing the academic environment and stimulating innovation in line with modern scientific and technological transformations.

For her part, the Minister praised our university’s efforts and initiatives in supporting scientific research and its applications, reaffirming the Ministry’s ongoing support for academic and professional development projects that contribute to building a creative and qualified generation to serve the community.
