Delegation from Northern Technical University Visits Research Center at Selçuk University, Turkey, to Strengthen Scientific Cooperation.

Under the guidance and close follow-up of the esteemed President of Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and as part of a significant step toward expanding international research collaboration, a delegation from our university conducted an official visit to the Research Center at Selçuk University in Konya, Turkey.
The delegation was headed by Dr. Abdul-Barr Ahmed Noori, Director of the Technical Research Center, accompanied by Assistant Lecturer Zuhair Nizar. They were received by the Center’s Director, Prof. Dr. Ülkü Sayın, and the Assistant Director, Asst. Prof. Teoman Öztürk.
Key Outcomes of the Visit:
Renewal of the research agreement between the two institutions, paving the way for activating academic cooperation programs.
A mutual welcome for initiating joint supervision and collaborative research projects between faculty members from both sides.
Granting researchers from our university access to Turkish laboratories to conduct scientific tests in direct coordination with specialized professors.
Encouraging our researchers to apply for available funding and support programs for research projects.
Agreement to organize joint training workshops, both in-person and online, to enhance research and technical skills.
This visit reflects our university’s commitment to building genuine strategic partnerships that support researchers and contribute to the development of the scientific environment in Iraq.
