The Northern Technical University organizes its third international conference on renewable energy.

Under the patronage and attendance of the President of the Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, the university, in cooperation with the Sulaimani Polytechnic University, organized its third international conference on renewable energy. The conference was attended by the Governor of Sulaimani, the representative of the Minister of Education in the region, and a large number of presidents of Iraqi public and private universities. This conference is an important platform for exchanging experiences between researchers, academics, and professionals in the field of renewable energy, and reflects the Northern Technical University’s commitment to promoting scientific research and international cooperation in this vital field. The first day’s activities began with the playing of the Iraqi national anthem, followed by a speech by the University President, the Conference Chairman, and the representative of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, announcing the launch of the conference activities. A documentary video about the university and Sulaimani Polytechnic University was then shown. The first and second speakers delivered their lectures. At the conclusion of the opening ceremony, the University President honored the participating and supporting universities and guests with the conference shield.
