The Department of Computer Engineering is one of the important departments in the Technical College – Northern Technical University due to its close association with the development of industry in various fields, especially in the field of electronic and electrical devices, mobile networks, security, websites, robots and everything new in the world of modern technology and science.

Taking care of and following up the scientific and educational direction of the department and developing it in a way that achieves harmony and integration with the scientific and echnological activity in the world and towards the expansion and  strengthening of cooperation with scientific institutions around the world.
2. Encouraging scientific fellowships and  encouraging the granting of
   scholarships according to the current and anticipated needs of the various industrial and research facilities of specialization in the country.
3. The use of information systems in the field of computer engineering in order to achieve the development of curricula and research methods to bring them to international levels.
4. Conducting scientific research aimed at expanding cooperation between different universities and serving reconstruction and investment plans in industrial fields.
5. Providing direct scientific and technical  on sultations in the specialized consulting centers.
6. Graduate technical engineers capable of designing and implementing computer programs, electronic devices, and control circuits.
