President of the Northern Technical University Lays the Foundation Stone for a Three-Story Dormitory Building at Al-Dour Technical Institute.

As part of her commitment to the horizontal and vertical expansion of the university on all levels, Prof.Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of the Northern Technical University, laid the foundation stone for a new dormitory building at Al-Dour Technical Institute. The building will consist of three floors, designed with modern architectural standards and equipped with essential service facilities to provide a suitable residential environment for students.
During the foundation stone-laying ceremony, the University President stated that this project is part of the university’s strategic plan to develop infrastructure and enhance student services. She noted that the new building will accommodate a larger number of students and offer modern living conditions aligned with academic and service standards.
She further emphasized that the university remains committed to implementing its development projects in accordance with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s directives, assuring that the project will be completed within the designated timeframe and to the highest specifications.
It is worth noting that the building will include comfortable dormitory rooms, reading and study halls, as well as healthcare services, all of which contribute to creating a comprehensive university environment that supports the educational journey.
