President of the Northern Technical University Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar visited the Office of Kirkuk Governorate and was received by the Governor of Kirkuk and Deputy Governor. During the meeting, the Governor praised the services provided by the Northern Technical University to Kirkuk Governorate and renewed his unlimited support for the University at all levels, noting the speed of the remarkable development witnessed by the University at a record time compared to other universities.
