President of the Northern Technical University Honors Deans and Lecturers at the Conclusion of the University Leadership Development Program.

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of the Northern Technical University, the university concluded the activities of its Leadership Development Program, which targeted the deans of its affiliated colleges and institutes as part of its strategic plan to enhance administrative and academic performance.
At the closing ceremony, the University President honored the deans and lecturers whose active contributions played a key role in the program’s success. She emphasized that investing in the development of academic leadership is a cornerstone for keeping pace with the evolving demands of higher education and scientific research, and for strengthening the university’s role in serving the community.
Prof.Al-Attar also commended the high level of engagement and commitment demonstrated by the participants, affirming that the university remains committed to adopting high-quality training programs that enhance the capabilities of its leadership and align with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s vision for excellence and quality.
