President of Northern Technical University Visits the College of Engineering at Tikrit University.

As part of strengthening scientific and educational cooperation frameworks between higher education institutions, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of Northern Technical University, conducted an official visit to Tikrit University aimed at activating the previously established joint scientific cooperation mechanism.
She was warmly received by the Dean of the College and the Assistant Dean. The visit focused on exploring future collaboration opportunities through joint scientific activities. During the meeting, President Al-Attar presented the university’s vision, highlighting the extensive academic and research expertise accumulated over the years. She also emphasized the university’s strong desire to enhance cooperation frameworks through memorandums of understanding aimed at supporting training programs, scientific research, and postgraduate studies at globally competitive standards.
This visit represents a significant step towards reinforcing academic collaboration between the two universities, opening broad horizons for student and staff training and advancing scientific research in accordance with the highest international standards.
