President of Northern Technical University Visits Soran University to Strengthen Academic Cooperation.

In a step toward enhancing frameworks of academic collaboration between Northern Technical University and both public and private universities, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of Northern Technical University, led a delegation on an official visit to Soran University early this morning.
The delegation included directors of the departments of Quality Assurance and University Performance, Scientific Affairs, Follow-up, Media and Government Communication, as well as the Head of the Construction and Building Engineering Technologies Department at the Technical Engineering College in Mosul.
Prof. Dr. Al-Attar and her delegation were warmly received by Asst. Prof. Dr. Sherwan Sharif Qurtas, President of Soran University, along with the university’s Vice Presidents for Scientific and Administrative Affairs.
During the meeting, both parties discussed their shared intention to sign a scientific cooperation agreement, aimed at organizing joint conferences, scientific training courses, and exchanging research expertise. The visit marks an important step in strengthening academic ties and fostering knowledge-sharing between the two institutions.
