President of Northern Technical University Visits Al-Hilla Private University .

As part of efforts to promote academic openness and strengthen partnership pathways among Iraqi universities, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of Northern Technical University, paid an official visit to Al-Hilla Private University to discuss prospects for mutual scientific and academic cooperation.

The visit included an official meeting with the presidency of Al-Hilla University, during which both sides reviewed the scientific capabilities of their institutions and explored how to benefit from the advanced experiences of Northern Technical University in technical and applied fields. They also discussed opportunities for exchange of expertise and implementation of joint training programs serving students of both universities.

Dr. Al-Attar emphasized that this visit aligns with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s directives to enhance partnerships between public and private universities, in order to develop the educational environment, improve output quality, and strengthen innovation and scientific research.

The visit concluded with a field tour of several facilities at Al-Hilla University, where Dr. Al-Attar praised the available resources and reaffirmed Northern Technical University’s commitment to sustaining fruitful cooperation to achieve shared goals that positively impact both students and the community.
