President of Northern Technical University Participates in the Higher Education Platform Conference in Iraq.

Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of Northern Technical University, took part in the Higher Education Platform Conference in Iraq, organized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research under the theme: “The Shift Toward the Digital Future Begins Now.”
The event was held under the patronage of His Excellency Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and was directly supervised by Prof. Dr. Haider Abdul Zahda, Deputy Minister for Scientific Affairs. The conference was hosted by Al-Noor University College.
President Al-Attar joined the conference as part of an official delegation that included members of the University Council. The conference addressed key strategies for digital transformation in higher education institutions, emphasizing the role of electronic platforms as powerful tools in enhancing both educational and research processes.
In her remarks, Prof. Dr. Al-Attar underscored the importance of building a modern digital learning environment that fosters innovation and ensures high academic performance. She highlighted that Northern Technical University has made significant progress in this regard through upgrading digital infrastructure, adopting smart learning systems, and developing digital skills among students and faculty members.
