President of Northern Technical University participates in the graduation ceremony of the Arab Council for Health Specialties in Mosul.

The President of Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Aliaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, participated in the graduation ceremony of the Arab Council for Health Specialties at the Mosul Training Center, in the presence of the Chairman of the Parliamentary Health Committee, the Chairman of the Parliamentary Education Committee, and the President of the University of Nineveh.
