President of Northern Technical University inaugurates the Department of Construction and Building at the Technical College/Hawija.

The President of Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Aliaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, inaugurated the Department of Construction and Building at the Technical College/Hawija, in the presence of the Dean of the College and the deans of Kirkuk formations.
During the inauguration, the President of the University emphasized that the establishment of this department comes within the framework of the university’s plan to expand its academic specializations in line with the labor market’s need for qualified personnel in the fields of construction and building. She noted that the department will contribute to prepare graduates with modern technical skills that support development and reconstruction projects in the country.
She also praised the efforts of the college’s deanship and staff in providing the necessary scientific supplies and engineering laboratories, stressing that the university presidency will continue its support for developing the infrastructure and providing an integrated academic environment for the college’s students.
