President of Northern Technical University Inaugurates New Scientific Departments Building at Al-Dour Technical Institute.

Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of Northern Technical University, inaugurated the constructed scientific departments building at Al-Dour Technical Institute, one of the university’s key formations.
