President of Northern Technical University Holds Expanded Meeting with University Presidency Department Directors.

Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of Northern Technical University, convened an expanded meeting with the directors of the university presidency departments in the Dr. Alia Hall at the university headquarters. The meeting was attended by the university’s Assistant Presidents for Academic and Administrative Affairs.
This meeting comes as part of the university’s strategy to enhance transparency and conduct an annual performance evaluation of the departments. During the session, department directors presented detailed reports highlighting the main activities executed throughout the year, accomplishments achieved in various fields, future plans, and key challenges faced in their work.
President Al-Attar listened attentively to comprehensive explanations about the nature of each department’s work and praised the diligent efforts exerted. She commended the departments’ commitment to fulfilling their responsibilities despite the challenges. The meeting also opened the floor for dialogue and discussion about the main obstacles hindering workflow. The directors shared their most significant challenges and proposed a number of solutions, with Her Excellency directing special attention to the importance of publishing research in international indexed journals.
