President of Northern Technical University congratulates Al-Hamdaniya President University on his assumption of his duties.

Prof. Dr. Aliaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of Northern Technical University, led a delegation from the university, extending her warmest congratulations to Prof. Dr. Nashat Mubarak Sliwa on his assumption of his duties as President of Al-Hamdaniya University.
