Under the patronage and attendance of Northern Technical University President , Prof. Dr. Aliaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, a series of development courses were opened in Nineveh Governorate, in continuation of the courses that included the university’s formations in Kirkuk and Salah al-Din Governorates, confirming the university’s commitment to implementing the requirements of institutional accreditation and enhancing academic and research excellence. The courses focused on multiple issues, including scientific affairs and the technological incubator, with the aim of developing human competencies and enhancing institutional performance. During the opening, the university president stressed the importance of developing ambitious strategic plans aimed at achieving the university’s goals and targeting the Science Day awards for the academic year 2025/2026, in line with the university’s vision towards leadership in higher education and scientific research, and supporting innovation and community service to achieve sustainable development
