Northern Technical University achieved first place at Startup Weekend Mosul 2026 with a smart innovation in the field of dentistry, marking a new scientific achievement added to the continued record of excellence of its students.

Student Obaida Mohammed Al-Wazzan from the Department of Cybersecurity Engineering Technologies secured first place in the competition as a member of the Clinicovalley team.

This distinction was achieved through an innovative project represented by a smart application for managing dental clinics using artificial intelligence technologies. The application aims to enhance the efficiency of medical practice and facilitate the management of appointments and medical records, thereby contributing to the advancement of digital healthcare services.
