Northern Technical University strengthens its presence in the soft skills training program within the “Tawasul” project.

Under the patronage of Northern Technical University President, Dr. Aliaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and within the framework of the university’s strategic direction towards developing the capabilities of its staff and contributing to empowering graduates and preparing them for the labor market, Northern Technical University participated in the Training of Trainers (TOT) program on soft skills. This program was held as part of the “Tawasul” project activities, under the direction of the University President, Prof.Dr. Aliaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and under the direct supervision of the University President’s Assistant for Academic Affairs, Prof.Dr. Omar Rafea Mahmoud.
The program included a series of interactive training workshops that focused on a set of basic skills required in the labor market, including: effective communication skills, marketing, self-presentation, emotional intelligence, time management, and teamwork. These topics contributed to building the participants’ capacities and qualifying them as competent trainers capable of transferring these skills to university students and graduates, enhancing their professional readiness and increasing their opportunities to integrate into various work environments and start their own projects.
This participation is part of Northern Technical University’s efforts to support development and educational programs aimed at reducing unemployment and strengthening the role of the private sector through investment in human capital.
At the conclusion of the program, certificates of participation were distributed in the presence of the trainers and coordinators, in recognition of the participants’ active contributions and commitment to the training program.
