Northern Technical University strengthens its international presence through its participation in a training program on internationalization in cooperation with Cardiff Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom.

As part of its ongoing efforts to open up to global experiences and develop its academic internationalization strategies, Northern Technical University participated in a high-level training program on “Internationalization,” held in cooperation with Cardiff Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom.
This event was actively participated in by the President of Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, along with a number of Iraqi university presidents and specialists from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Participants discussed global best practices in internationalization and building cross-border academic partnerships.
The University President was accompanied by Dr. Abdullah Qutaiba Shanshal, Head of the Internationalization Unit.
This participation confirms the Northern Technical University’s pioneering role in supporting the transition to globalized university education and expanding horizons for international cooperation, contributing to raising the quality of academic performance and strengthening the university’s position in international forums.
