Northern Technical University signs joint scientific cooperation agreements with Al-Zahraa Private University and the College of Information Technology.

In its ongoing efforts to expand the scientific and academic cooperation and enhance partnerships among educational institutions, Northern Technical University today signed a joint scientific cooperation agreement with Al-Zahra Private University for Women. The agreement was signed by Dr. Alyaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, the President of Northern Technical University, and the President of Al-Zahra University. This was followed by the signing of an agreement between the Mosul Technical Engineering College and the College of Information Technology at Al-Zahra University, signed by the President of Al-Zahra University and the Dean of the College. Subsequently, an agreement was signed between the Mosul College of Computer and Artificial Intelligence Engineering and the College of Information Technology at Al-Zahra University, signed by the Dean of the College.

The agreements were signed in the presence of the Vice Presidents for Scientific Affairs from both universities, along with several department heads. The President of Northern Technical University emphasized that this step aligns with the university’s vision of exchanging scientific and research expertise, developing joint academic programs, and enhancing practical training for students.

The agreements aim to strengthen cooperation in the fields of scientific research, joint supervision of projects and studies, and organizing joint seminars, conferences, and workshops, as well as supporting academic and professional development programs for faculty members.

For their part, the President of Al-Zahra Private University and the Dean of the College of Information Technology expressed their pride in the partnership with Northern Technical University, given its leading position in technical education and its applications. They affirmed their commitment to moving forward with the implementation of the cooperation clauses to benefit both students and educational institutions.
