Northern Technical University Signs a Joint Scientific Cooperation Agreement with Nineveh Plains University

Northern Technical University, represented by its President, Professor Dr. Alyaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, signed a joint scientific cooperation agreement with Nineveh Plains University, represented by its President, Professor Dr. Khazal Yassin Mustafa. The agreement aims to strengthen academic partnership between the two institutions, promote the exchange of scientific expertise, develop curricula, and support scientific research in a manner that serves the educational process in the country.

The agreement was signed during a visit by a delegation from Nineveh Plains University, which included the Assistant President for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Professor Dr. Nazem Hassan Rashid, along with a number of college deans. The delegation was received by the Assistant President of Northern Technical University for Scientific Affairs.

The visit program included a field tour of the Department of Science and Technology Parks, where the delegation reviewed the advanced innovation environment and infrastructure that support creativity and scientific research. The visitors praised the significant progress achieved by Northern Technical University in this field.

Both sides emphasized the importance of activating the provisions of the agreement through joint executive programs that contribute to advancing the academic landscape and strengthening cooperation, in alignment with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s orientation toward openness and integration among educational institutions.
