Based on the spirit of cooperation and scientific and research and the depth of civilizational harmony from Assyria, Nineveh and Mosul Al-Hadbaa to the beloved ThiQar and without being restricted by geographical borders, our Northern Technical University extends its joint cooperation with Iraqi universities. Dr. Fawaz Fadel Ali, Director of the Scientific Affairs Department at the Presidency of the University, and the Iraqi University of Al-Ain represented by Prof. Dr. Shafiq Shaker Shafiq, go into a joint cooperation agreement that included a number of subjects, including:
– Cooperation in the field of exchanging administrative expertise and programs for the management of educational institutions.
– Holding training courses to raise the efficiency of all administrative staff.
– Exchange of experiences related to the field of evaluation, auditing and quality systems certificates for the scientific programs as a whole.
– Developing research centers and units through joint scientific cooperation.
During the signing of the agreement, Mr. Director of the Scientific Affairs Department, conveying the greetings of Mrs. President, said that this agreement will enhance the means of advancing the level of professional, scientific and administrative performance between the two universities and at all scientific levels through research fields, holding training courses, joint workshops and others. Her Excellency called for To expand the horizons of cooperation between the two sides for the benefit of our educational institutions. At the end of the meeting, the President of Al Ain Iraqi University presented the university shield in appreciation and appreciation for the efforts of the President of the University in concluding this agreement. On behalf of the President of the University, Assistant Professor Dr. Fawaz presented the shield of our university and a gift in kind to the President of the University Al-Ain and a package of introductory guides to the university and expressed his thanks and gratitude for the hospitality and warm reception.
