The participation of Assistant Professor Dr. Fawaz Fadel Ali, Director of the Department of Scientific Affairs at our university, in the workshop organized by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) within the Takamul project, as he participated in the workshop that was held in Baghdad for officials of training units in the governorates of Nineveh, Baghdad, Najaf and Basra, and academic participants from universities In the concerned governorates to consolidate the bonds of cooperation between universities and the governorate and to train and develop capacities of governorate cadres and improve work completion skills, which has a significant impact on improving technical and functional performance through the establishment and activation of training centers in the governorates, which will be affiliated with the governorate office and with advisory and technical support by academic staff in universities As well as academics sharing success stories, knowledge and skills, and suggesting the best ways to activate these centers and contribute to building the capacity of future workers.

Here, it should be noted that our university is separate from the rest of the participating universities by signing and activating a memorandum of joint cooperation between the Northern Technical University and Nineveh Governorate and activating the terms of joint cooperation and building capacities and skills for the governorate’s cadres through the Continuing Education Center at the Presidency of our university. Nineveh and the provinces in which the formations of the Northern Technical University are distributed.
