Northern Technical University Participates in the Developmental Training Course for Student Activities of Public and Private Universities in the Russian Federation.

Northern Technical University, represented by Professor Dr. Thanoon Younis Thanoon, Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs, and Mr. Shamil Talea Yahya, Director of the Department of Student Activities, took part in the developmental training course organized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research Supervision and Scientific Evaluation Authority / Department of Student Activities held in the Russian Federation in cooperation with the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia (RUDN University), during the period from July 26 to August 2, 2025.
The program included lectures delivered by specialists in organizing sports championships, cultural festivals, and the methods of planning and preparing for such events. The sessions were attended by Olympic gold medalists, as well as the Deputy Minister of Education of the Russian Federation, the Iraqi Cultural Attaché in Russia, and the President of Peoples’ Friendship University.
