Northern Technical University participates in the closing ceremony of the “Job Opportunities Enhancement Program.”

As part of its efforts to support and prepare its graduates for the job market, Northern Technical University, under the patronage of the President of the University, Dr. Alyaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and supervised by the Vice President for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Omar Rafea Mahmoud, participated in the closing ceremony of the training program titled “Enhancing Job Opportunities through Skill Development and On-the-Job Training,” which was implemented with support from UNDP and in collaboration with Human Appeal.

The program, which lasted for two months, trained over 400 graduates from various scientific and technical disciplines, including electrical engineering, agriculture, industry, clean energy, and others. They were provided with the practical skills necessary to enhance their employment opportunities in both the public and private sectors.

The ceremony was attended by several directors of government departments in Nineveh province that support youth and various scientific activities, as well as representatives from private sector companies and institutions. At the end of the ceremony, the supporting entities and participating companies were honored with a shield of loyalty and participation, in appreciation of their role in developing the skills of graduates.
