Northern Technical University Participates in an Advanced Training Workshop on ABET International Accreditation in Cooperation with Istanbul Göleşm University.

Under the direction of the President of Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Aliaa Abbas Al-Attar, and within the framework of implementing the agreement signed with Istanbul Göleşm University in Turkey, a delegation from Northern Technical University participated in an intensive training workshop specializing in ABET international accreditation, the first of its kind among Iraqi universities.
This participation is part of the university’s vision to strengthen its academic standing and open up to solid international experiences, contributing to the development of educational programs in accordance with international quality standards.
The university president emphasized that this step represents an important milestone toward international accreditation and reflects her serious commitment to enhancing the quality of education and developing academic programs in accordance with international standards. She also explained that the cooperation with Turkish Göleşm University enhances the university’s presence on the international stage and strengthens its position as a leading academic institution in the field of technical and engineering education in Iraq.
