Northern Technical University Participates in a Legal Seminar on the Regulations for Renting Government Properties.

Under the direction of Dr. Alyaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, the President of Northern Technical University, the university participated in a legal seminar titled “Legal Regulations for Renting Government Properties.” This seminar was organized by Nineveh University’s Continuing Education Center, where our university was represented by a lecture on “Practical Procedures for Renting State Assets,” delivered by Mr. Haes Muhammad Mahmood, a legal advisor and head of the Government Contracts Division and the Rights and Litigation Division.
