Northern Technical University Organizes Capacity-Building Workshop for Higher Education Institutions within the Framework of Erasmus+ Projects.

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Al-Attar, President of the Northern Technical University, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Omar Rafe Al-Omar, Vice President for Scientific Affairs,the Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations organized a workshop titled:
“Capacity Building for Higher Education Institutions within the Framework of Erasmus+ Projects”, held at Dijla Hall in the Engineering Technical College – Mosul.
The workshop addressed key aspects related to strengthening the capabilities of Iraqi academic institutions within the Erasmus+ program, including:
Developing international partnerships and academic cooperation between NTU’s colleges and European universities.
Supporting mobility opportunities for students and faculty members.
Enhancing project proposal writing skills and sharing best practices.
Promoting leadership and management competencies in higher education institutions.
This workshop is of great significance as it provides academic staff with the opportunity to learn about European funding mechanisms and to actively participate in joint international projects. Such initiatives contribute to advancing the university’s international standing and support its strategic vision of building a dynamic academic generation aligned with global developments.
