Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, the Department of Control and Internal Audit and the Department of Media and Public Relations organized an educational seminar on financial inclusion and within the activities of the Arab Financial Inclusion Day.

The seminar dealt with:

• The concept of financial inclusion
• The importance of financial inclusion for the citizen
• How is financial inclusion achieved?
• The role of financial inclusion in achieving stability and economic growth

The symposium was attended by Mrs. Associate Director of the Central Bank of Mosul Branch and a number of employees.

The symposium was attended by a large number of university employees, managers, assistants, and representatives of 15 governmental and private banks.
