The workshop was attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Ammar Essam Idris,who specializes in reference management tools and digital scientific research. He is considered one of the most qualified academics in this field, and has extensive experience in training researchers on using modern technologies to facilitate the research process.

• A comprehensive introduction to Mendeley Reference Manager and its importance in organizing references.
• Steps to create a professional reference library for researchers.
• How to automatically insert citations into Word files using Mendeley.
• Explaining the mechanisms for synchronizing references with the Scopus database.

The first day witnessed excellent interaction from graduate students and supervisors, with many detailed questions and inquiries raised about how to use the program, particularly in the context of automatic citations, linking academic accounts, and exporting references.
The practical nature of the workshop contributed to a high level of interaction, especially with the presence of live applications and questions based on user experience.
