The University is Organizing a Workshop on Developing Leadership Skills

organizes a workshop on developing leadership skills and building personal capabilities.

Northern Technical University Organizes a Workshop on Leadership Skills Development and Personal Capacity Building.

 

Under the patronage of the President of Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Al-Attar, and under the supervision of the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Omar Rafiq Mahmoud, the Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Division organized a workshop titled “Leadership Skills Development and Personal Capacity Building.”
The workshop was presented by Mr. Anas Mohammed Azhar and covered several key topics aimed at enabling participants to acquire effective leadership skills and enhance their personal and professional capabilities.
Workshop Objectives:
Strengthening leadership skills among students and graduates to prepare them for labor market demands.
Developing personal abilities and improving effective communication skills.
Enabling participants to make decisions and solve problems creatively.
Highlighting the importance of soft skills in professional and leadership success.
The workshop witnessed significant engagement from attendees, who showed a keen interest in enhancing their leadership skills and benefiting from the shared expertise. This workshop is part of a series of events organized by the Rehabilitation and Employment Division to support students and graduates and enhance their readiness to enter the job market.
