Northern Technical University Organizes a Workshop on Institutional Excellence and Gender Justice.

Under the patronage of the President of Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, the Women’s Affairs Division and the Citizens’ Affairs Division organized a virtual workshop entitled “Institutional Excellence Begins with Gender Justice in a Proper Work Environment.”
The workshop that organized in cooperation with the Legal Affairs Department and delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Ammar Ali, addressed the legal basis for administrative work and the legislative foundations and mechanisms adopted by Iraqi legislators to provide elements of institutional excellence and achieve administrative justice between the genders, based on the principle of equality in job rights and duties, equal opportunities between males and females, and non-discrimination based on non-legal grounds and considerations.
The workshop aimed to address the challenges facing job justice in order to achieve institutional excellence.
The workshop concluded with efforts to spread legal values among employees and address all obstacles to achieving justice through a flexible academic and administrative approach that adheres to legal controls and encourages employees to apply standards of integrity and quality.
