Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, the Women’s Empowerment Unit, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center at the University Presidency, organized a workshop entitled “Negotiation Skills”, delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Amer Farhan Sheet.

The workshop dealt with:

• A statement of the negotiating parties indicates the steps that people must follow when negotiating.
• negotiating position.
• negotiating issue.
• negotiating objective.

The workshop showed the steps for starting the negotiation sessions.
